Refund method
How you’ll receive your money back
Your refund is always returned to the same payment method you used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

Requests after 30 days: We’re only able to honor refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase date. After this window has closed, we’re unable to process a refund. If you’re unsure about your purchase date, check your original order confirmation email. (If you’re approaching the 30-day mark and haven’t had a chance to review the product yet, go ahead and request the refund — you can always repurchase later.)

Duplicate purchases: Accidentally purchased the same product twice? Email us and we’ll refund the duplicate immediately — no time limit applies to accidental duplicate orders.

Q: Do I need to return or delete the file to get a refund? A: No. There’s nothing to return — it’s a digital file. You don’t need to delete it as a condition of your refund. However, once your refund is processed, your license to use the product is revoked.
Q: How long does the refund take to show up? A: We initiate your refund within 1 business day of receiving your request. It then takes 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. PayPal refunds typically arrive faster — within 1–3 business days.
Q: I bought the wrong product. Can I swap it for the right one instead? A: Yes — this is often the better option. Email us and we can either process a refund so you can repurchase the correct product, or in some cases we may be able to arrange a direct swap. Just let us know what happened.
